- 100 g snap peas trimmed
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
Begin by preheating your wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
