- 2 cups fresh spinach washed and roughly chopped
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
