Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe Banana mashed
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Chopped Nuts For Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In each Mason jar, place half of the mashed banana at the bottom.
  • Add in half of the rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into each jar.
  • Pour the almond milk into the jars, ensuring all the oats are submerged.
  • Close the jars tightly and give them a good shake to mix all the ingredients together.
  • Place the jars in the refrigerator and leave them overnight.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  • Top with the remaining banana slices and some chopped nuts before serving.
