- 1 large ripe Banana mashed
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 1/2 Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- A pinch of Salt
- Chopped Nuts For Garnish
In each Mason jar, place half of the mashed banana at the bottom.
Add in half of the rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into each jar.
Pour the almond milk into the jars, ensuring all the oats are submerged.
Close the jars tightly and give them a good shake to mix all the ingredients together.
Place the jars in the refrigerator and leave them overnight.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
