- 8 oz Raw Shrimp Peeled, Deveined and Chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 Small Jalapeño seeds removed and finely diced
- 1 Small Red Onion finely diced
- 1 Medium Avocado Diced
- 1 Medium Tomato Seeds Removed and Diced
- 1 Medium Avocado Diced
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tortilla or Plantain Chips For Serving(Optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Make sure the shrimp is fully submerged in the juice. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the shrimp turns opaque and pink.
Remove the shrimp from the refrigerator and drain off the excess juice. Add the diced jalapeño, red onion, tomato, avocado, and chopped cilantro to the bowl, and gently mix to combine.
