Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Linguine
  • 1 lb Large Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chooped
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice, bring to a simmer.
  • Let the sauce reduce for about 5 minutes, then whisk in the butter until it melts into the sauce.
  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the cooked linguine and chopped parsley until well combined.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
