- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chooped
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Cook the linguine according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice, bring to a simmer.
Let the sauce reduce for about 5 minutes, then whisk in the butter until it melts into the sauce.
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the cooked linguine and chopped parsley until well combined.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
