- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 yellow squash sliced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt

- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
