  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 ellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt

  • 4 small flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
    Start by slicing the chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips. Set them aside in separate bowls.
  • Step 2: Season the Chicken
    In a mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss them with the seasoning mix until they are evenly coated.
  • Step 3: Cook the Chicken
    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
