  • Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  • Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then add broccoli florets. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes or until they are tender but still crisp.
