- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups Pure Pomegranate Juice
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 cups Prosecco
- Pomegranate seeds and mint leaves for garnish
Begin by making a simple syrup. Combine the sugar and water in a medium saucepan and bring it to a boil. Once the sugar dissolves completely, remove the pan from heat and let it cool.
Combine the cooled syrup with the pomegranate and lemon juices, stirring until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Once the mixture is churned and has a soft, icy texture, transfer it into a container and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
To serve, scoop the pomegranate sorbet into glass flutes, and slowly top each flute with Prosecco. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and mint leaves for added color and freshness. Cheers to love and shared moments of joy!
