Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets around 150g each
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Fresh dill For garnish
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk well to create a smooth glaze.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the glaze over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Grill the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, until nicely grilled and cooked to your preferred doneness.
  • In the last minute of grilling, brush the remaining glaze over the fillets for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Serve the grilled salmon hot, garnished with fresh dill alongside your choice of vegetables or a fresh salad.
