  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Once the grill is hot, cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or until it's fully cooked through.
