Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry for Two

2 medium-sized chicken breasts cut into thin slices 2 cups broccoli florets 1 red bell pepper Sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp fresh ginger Minced 2 cloves garlic Minced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 teasponn cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water 1 tbsp sesame seeds 2 spring onions sliced
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until they are browned and almost cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender yet still crunchy.
Add the minced ginger and garlic to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to coat all the ingredients.
Stir the cornstarch and water mixture into the skillet. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
