Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Flatbreads
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Sliced or torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Torn
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle each flatbread with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Evenly distribute the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pieces over both flatbreads.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbreads are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  • Scatter the torn basil leaves over the top of each flatbread.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the pizzas.
