- 2 Large Flatbreads
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Sliced or torn into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Torn
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle each flatbread with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Evenly distribute the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pieces over both flatbreads.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the top.
