Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Smoothie Base: In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and thick.Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend again until well mixed.
  • Prepare the Toppings: While the smoothie is blending, prepare your toppings. Slice the fresh strawberries and gather the other topping ingredients.
  • Assemble the Smoothie Bowl: Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between two bowls.Arrange the fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries, granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and almond butter on top of the smoothie.Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
